The Universal Timecode Mount is a much more secure option for mounting any timecode device: avoiding every DIT’s worst nightmare.

One for All

The Universal Timecode Mount is compatible with any camera setup, and fits timecode devices of all shapes and sizes - including the most popular Deity, Atomos or Tentacle options. The clamping mechanism is spring-loaded for securing the timecode device lengthways without any tools, and you can adjust the height with a few turns of a 1.5mm Hex Key. And if you’re still paranoid about it slipping, the silicone tie-down strap gives you peace-of-mind.

Synced and Secured

On the back of the Universal Timecode Mount is something a little more secure than Velcro. Bolt your Mount into place via a 1/4" or 3/8” anti-twist screw – easily swapped out with the featured adaptor. We’ve also doubled-up on the anti-twist pins: giving you standard and non-standard ARRI pin-lock layouts – or remove them entirely with the built-in pin storage.

An Eye on the Time

Need to relay your timecodes to video village? As easy as the Universal Timecode Mount is to set up, it is even easier to release. Just lift the tie-down strap one-handed and slide out your device. Don’t worry about scratching it: the Timecode Mount comes with rubber padding to prevent scrapes. And for timecode devices with a visible display, you can simply mount it with the display visible – no downtime required.

The Universal Timecode Mount comes with all required components. You will require a flathead screwdriver to install it, and a 1.5mm Hex Key to adjust the height.

Timecode Mount to Camera
1. Align the 1/4" or 3/8” screw with a compatible thread on your camera rig.
2. Use a flathead screwdriver to secure it in place.

Timecode Device to Mount
1. Open the spring-loaded clamp of the Timecode Mount and insert the timecode device – the clamp should close automatically to match it.
2. If necessary, adjust the height clamp by turning the marked screw with a 1.5mm Hex Key, then enclose the strap around the front of the Timecode Mount and secure in place.
