Quick-Release Convenience
The Universal Monitor Mount features a NATO clamp on top: precisely sized to fit our Quick-Release NATO Rails. These nifty widgets mount to the bottom of any monitor, which then means you can slide them on-and-off any standard NATO accessory. If you want to tweak your colour balance or make an edit, you can slide the monitor clean off the camera, then slide it back on when you’re done.
Rigid Rigging
Keep your setup secure with this Universal Monitor Mount, with this model having a 3/8”-16 thumbscrew at the base. Tool-free for quick assembly (though it has cutouts for Hex Keys if you need some extra torque), the 3/8” screw features anti-twist points to ensure that your mount is centred. The only movement should be the panning and tilting that you do yourself.
Whether you’re going low-angle on a handheld shot or doing an overhead view; standing operator-side on a shoot or sat behind the camera, the Monitor Mount can handle any point of view. The independent pan and tilt mechanisms give you free articulation: 180° tilting up-and-down, and a full 360° pan. The Monitor Mount keeps you level by providing tactile feedback clicks every 90° turn - ensuring you have the right angle every right-angle.
Mounting monitors can be complicated: most use a standard 1/4" screw, but the location for locating pins changes between ARRI, Atomos and SmallHD standards. Our Quick-Release NATO Rail system, which features spring-loaded and removeable pins for each monitor standard, cuts out the second-guessing – making it quick and easy to set up your view.

The Universal Monitor Mount (NATO Top, 3/8”-16 Base) comes with all required components and screws. You will require your own flathead screwdriver to install it.
1. Align the 3/8” screw with a corresponding thread on your plate.
2. Use the thumbscrew to tighten the base onto the camera rig.
a. If you struggle to tightly secure the base, slot a Hex Key into an opening on the thumbscrew to provide extra traction.
1. Use a flathead screwdriver to install the Quick-Release NATO Rail to the base of the monitor – ensuring that the locating pins are in the correct configuration.
2. Slot the NATO Rail into the NATO clamp on the top of the monitor mount.
Base to Camera
1. Align the 3/8” screw with a corresponding thread on your plate.
2. Use the thumbscrew to tighten the base onto the camera rig.

The Universal Monitor Mount (NATO Top, 3/8”-16 Base) is compatible with any camera setup, and any monitor – especially compact field monitors between 5” and 7”. It requires a compatible NATO rail in order to correctly mount monitors. We recommend using our Quick-Release NATO Rail, which offers anti-twist compatibility with all monitor standards.
