Description
The Universal Dovetail for Manfrotto and DJI RS 4 provides a mount for Manfrotto 5 Series and DJI RS 4 plates – able to mount to either safety standard. It also provides an optional 15mm rod bracket at the front.
The Dovetail has both a 1/4” 3/8” screws for compatibility with any camera.

- Wide – With a width 70% broader than standard dovetails, the universal dovetail provides greater balance.

- Laser-Engraved – Accurately position your camera with precisely-engraved position markers.
The Universal Dovetail ships as a standalone unit with all required screws. You will require a 4mm Hex Key and a flathead screwdriver in order to install it.
Camera to Dovetail
1.Align the 1/4” or 3/8” screws with the corresponding thread on the base of your camera.
2. Use a flathead screwdriver to tighten the screw into place.
15mm LWS Rod Bracket to Dovetail
1. Align the two 3/8” screws on the top of the rod bracket with the threads on the base of the dovetail.
2. Use a 4mm Hex Key to tighten both screws into place.
Camera to Dovetail
1.Align the 1/4” or 3/8” screws with the corresponding thread on the base of your camera.

1. Align the two 3/8” screws on the top of the rod bracket with the threads on the base of the dovetail.

The Universal Dovetail is compatible with any camera body, using the included 1/4" or 3/8” screw to install the Dovetail to the camera.
The Dovetail itself mounts to either DJI RS or Manfrotto 5 Series plates, allowing for clean transitions between rigs. This means that the Dovetail can be mounted to a range of standard points, including but not limited to:

The Universal Dovetail can be fitted with a 15mm LWS Rod Bracket that adds 15mm rod support to the front.
