Description
The Short Create Top Handle provides all the functionality of a standard top handle for more compact rigs. Mounting via a side-facing NATO clamp, the Top Handle offers versatile positioning and customisation options with a range of 1/4″, 3/8” and MAP M4 screw threads.
Low-profile for use on smaller rigs, the Top Handle has a rubber grip for a more comfortable hold.
- Low-Profile – The Top Handle is slightly shorter and sits lower on your camera cage.
- Accessory Mounting – Customise your rig with additional mounting options including 1/4″, 3/8”, MAP M4, QD and Cold Shoe mounts.
- NATO Base – Attach the Top Handle to your rig via a NATO clamp, offering flexible positioning.
- Halo-Compatible – The Short Create Top Handle is designed for use with NATO rails and offers tactile feedback when centred.
- Rubber Grip – The Top Handle has a rubber inlay for added grip.
Top Handle to NATO Rail
1. Slide the NATO clamp onto a corresponding NATO rail – if the rail has a central socket, you will hear the spring-loaded balls click into place when the handle is centred.
2. Use the lever clamp to tighten the Top Handle into place.
Reversing the NATO Clamp
1. Loosen the two Torx (T20) screws on the NATO clamp base.
2. Twist the NATO Clamp until the lever clamp is on the outside (Note: you will be unable to use the Bar Bracket Spacer with this configuration).
3. Reseal the screws.
The Short Create Top Handle mounts to any standard NATO rail, and can be used with a range of camera accessories. It also has dedicated slots for our Bar Bracket Spacer.
