Description
At 60% of the length of the standard LeftField 3 Baseplate, the LeftField Mini 15mm LWS Baseplate is a compact baseplate for smaller cameras. The LeftField Mini offers a compact alternative to full-size LeftField 3 Baseplates, using our Open•UP system for convenient quick-release.
The LeftField Mini Baseplate is near-universally compatible when paired with a compatible Riser.

The LeftField Mini 15mm LWS Baseplate comes with all required components and screws, however it will require a specific Riser in order to correctly function. Check the instructions of your specific choice of Riser for more information on how to correctly install them to your camera.
1. Open the lever fully to open the dovetail clamp.
2. Lower or slide the Baseplate onto the Dovetail until balanced or in the optimum position.
3. Half-close the lever in order to lock the Baseplate to the dovetail whilst still allowing sliding travel.
4. When in position, secure the Baseplate in place by fully closing the lever, clamping the rig in place.
1. Insert 15mm rods into the rear of the Baseplate, locking them into place with the independent clamp.
2. Insert the Rear Rod Bracket onto the Rods.
3. Tighten the two clamps on the Rear Rod Bracket.
4. Use a 4mm Hex Key to tightly secure the two 1/4"-20 screws to the Baseplate.
1 Align the two embedded 1/4"-20 screws of the widget with the marked slot on the rear of the LeftField Mini Baseplate.
2. Use a 4mm Hex Key to secure the two together.
3. Clip the bracket into place on the rear of the KASBAH Shoulder Pad. Use the orange twisting screw to tighten the two together.
Baseplate to Dovetail

4. Use a 4mm Hex Key to tightly secure the two 1/4"-20 screws to the Baseplate.
KASBAH Pad to Baseplate
1 Align the two embedded 1/4"-20 screws of the widget with the marked slot on the rear of the LeftField Mini Baseplate.
2. Use a 4mm Hex Key to secure the two together.
3. Clip the bracket into place on the rear of the KASBAH Shoulder Pad. Use the orange twisting screw to tighten the two together.
The LeftField Mini 15mm LWS Baseplate is designed to attach to any standard ARRI dovetail, using our Open•UP system for quick-releasing.
The Mini Baseplate is compatible with a range of camera systems, however they require a dedicated Riser in order to match the correct height.
