For clean and easy rigging, our Fujifilm GFX ETERNA Base Kit is the perfect choice. Based around our Universal Dovetail system, the Base Kit offers quick and easy transitions between gimbals and tripods.
With side-mounted ARRI rosettes for hand grips and a customisable Top Plate, the ETERNA Base Kit gives you a range of rigging options in a compact package.

Dovetail Design
The ETERNA Base Kit is built around our Universal Dovetail: a dual-purpose dovetail that is compatible with both DJI and Manfrotto mounts – even with the gear rack mechanism on some DJI gimbals. The dovetail is easy to mount to your camera and even easier to balance on a compatible mount.
15mm LWS Support
Attached to the front of the dovetail is our 15mm Rod Bracket and Rosette Mount – which has been specifically designed for the GFX ETERNA. The Rod Brackets are set to the 15mm LWS standard height below the ETERNA’s optical centre, allowing you to mount matte boxes and other accessories at the industry standard height from the provided support rods.
Get a Grip
Additionally, you can mount compatible hand grips, like those in our KASBAH range, to your ETERNA setup via the dual ARRI rosettes. For convenient turning or adjusting of the camera on sticks, or for pairing with our Create Shoulder Rig, these precision-cut rosettes give you a convenient and comfortable rigging point.
Top Performance
Meanwhile, on top of your ETERNA, we’ve given you extra rigging freedom with our NATO Top Plate. Mounting cleanly to the top of your camera, the Top Plate provides a range of rigging options: from standard 1/4" and 3/8” anti-twist points, as well as QD sockets and an integrated NATO rail. For mounting compatible NATO Top Handles, the Top Plate has a safety catch that will click into place, helping you balance your camera body.

From here, you are ready to start rigging your camera however you need. If you want to add extra mounting points to your camera real estate, we offer additional Top Plate options for seamless connection, as well as Side Plates for attaching extra components.
Part of the Fujifilm System
Bright Tangerine’s range of accessories for the Fujifilm GFX ETERNA are precision-engineered to maximise freedom and minimise downtime. Wear and corrosion-resistant; each accessory is made by a combination of expert designers, engineers and – of course – filmmakers.
The Fujifilm GFX ETERNA Base Kit comes with all components and screws. You will require your own 4mm Hex Key, as well as a flathead screwdriver, in order to install it.
Top Plate to Camera
1. Align the Top Plate’s captive screws with the two 3/8” screw threads on the ETERNA.
2. Use a 4mm Hex Key to secure the Top Plate to the camera.
Universal Dovetail to Camera
1. Align the captive 1/4" and 3/8” screws with threads on the base of the ETERNA. The screws can slide along the length of the dovetail to help balance larger lenses.
2. Use a flathead screwdriver to attach the Dovetail to the camera.
Rod and Rosette Bracket to Dovetail
1. Align the two 3/8” screws on the top of the Bracket with the threads on the base of the Universal Dovetail.
2. Use a 4mm Hex Key to tighten both screws into place.
The Fujifilm GFX ETERNA Base Kit has been designed to work with the Fujifilm GFX ETERNA. The Top Plate mounts directly to the camera body, and the Rod and Rosette Bracket has been designed to set support rods to the 15mm LWS height below the camera. The Universal Dovetail, however, is designed to be used with any camera and can be repurposed for different camera configurations.
