Description
The Create Shoulder Rig provides a streamlined shoulder rig with quick-release functionality for multiple camera plates. With a repositionable foam shoulder pad, the Create Shoulder Rig can be moved forwards and backwards for optimised comfort.
Mounting to tripods via a VCT-14 mount on the base, the Create Shoulder Rig is a simple yet effective choice for filmmakers of any skill level.

Universal Dovetail to Shoulder Rig
1. Slide the Universal Dovetail in through the front of the Create Shoulder Rig, with the Dovetail facing forward.
2. Tighten the lever clamp until the dovetail is secure.
Arca Dovetail to Shoulder Rig
1. Lower the Arca plate into the Create Shoulder Rig’s central channel.
2. Tighten the lever clamp until the dovetail is secure.
DJI Dovetail to Shoulder Rig
1. Slide the DJI Dovetail in through the front of the Create Shoulder Rig with the Dovetail facing forward and the front safety button pressed if needed.
2. Tighten the lever clamp until the dovetail is secure.
Manfrotto Dovetail to Shoulder Rig
1. Reverse the Manfrotto Dovetail so that the front of the dovetail is facing the front of the Shoulder Rig.
2. Slide the Manfrotto Dovetail into the central channel, pressing the front safety in if needed.
3. Tighten the lever clamp until the dovetail is secure.
Adjusting the Shoulder Pad Position
1. Remove the Shoulder Pad from the Shoulder Rig and re-align the indents on the top of the shoulder pad with the magnets on the Create Shoulder Rig’s base.
2. Attach the Shoulder Pad to the Shoulder rig, ensuring that the magnets are firmly in place.
Support Rods to Shoulder Rig
1. Insert the support rod into the bracket at either end of the shoulder rig.
2. Use the lever clamp on the side to tighten the clamp and secure the support rod in place.
Adjusting the Front Rod Bracket Height
1. Use a 5mm Hex Key to loosen the M8 screw on the front of the Create Shoulder Rig.
2. Adjust the Front Rod Bracket to the ideal height.
3. Use the 5mm Hex Key to tighten the M8 screw.
The Create Shoulder Rig is compatible with any camera system, mounted to a compatible dovetail.
Arca Dovetails must be a minimum of 8.7mm tall and 100mm long in order to mount to the Shoulder Rig. Manfrotto dovetails must be loaded into the Shoulder Rig back-to-front in order to securely mount.
The Create Shoulder Rig also features ARRI rosettes for mounting compatible hand grips, as well as 15mm rod brackets at the front and rear.
