Accommodating any standard Arca plate, the Receiver is ideal for quickly making adjustments to your camera without cumbersome screws. The removeable safety stop and stainless steel locking lever ensure that your plates don’t come loose.

Arca-Compatible

The Arca Receiver allows you to use any standard-issue Arca plate: conveniently mounting it onto your Universal Dovetail. The ergonomic lever adds an extra layer of quick-release: letting you make micro-adjustments to the camera without completely redesigning the rig.

New Heights

The problem with small cameras and large lenses is that they are tough to mount: with lens mounts so low on the camera body, lenses can scrape against dovetail plates. This is where the Arca Receiver comes in, adding an effective 8mm of height required to give your lenses clearance.

Levelled Up

Once installed in the Universal Dovetail’s long central channel, you can slide the Arca Receiver back-and-forth to optimally balance your build. With 77mm of travel potential, even the bulkiest of zooms or the primmest primes can be levelled out. Factor in the built-in bubble level, and you can also quickly ensure that your shot is levelled out – preventing any unwanted Dutch angles.

Locked In

Once you’ve added your compatible Arca plate or Arca Riser, there are two safety mechanisms to ensure that your camera remains in place. A built-in safety stop prevents the plate from coming loose once installed, and the locking lever reinforces that protection. This means that your setup is secure when you need it to be, but easy to unlock when you don’t.

Arca Receiver to Universal Dovetail
1. Align the Receiver in the central channel of the Universal Dovetail and insert the two 1/4"-20 screws.
2. Use a flathead screwdriver secure the two together.
Arca Riser to Receiver
1. Lower your Arca Plate into place onto the Receiver.
2. When clicked into place with the safety stops, secure with the locking lever.
