The Universal Monitor Mount comes with all required components. You will require a compatible NATO block, such as our Quick-Release NATO Rail, as well as a flathead screwdriver in order to remove or reposition locating pins.
1. Slide the Mount’s rod clamp onto a compatible 15mm rod.
2. When positioned, tighten the winged-lever clamp until the Mount is securely fastened.
1. Use a flathead screwdriver to install the Quick-Release NATO Rail to the base of the monitor – ensuring that the locating pins are in the correct configuration.
2. Slot the NATO Rail into the NATO clamp on the top of the monitor mount.
Mount to 15mm Rod
1. Slide the Mount’s rod clamp onto a compatible 15mm rod.
2. When positioned, tighten the winged-lever clamp until the Mount is securely fastened.
Monitor to Mount
1. Use a flathead screwdriver to install the Quick-Release NATO Rail to the base of the monitor – ensuring that the locating pins are in the correct configuration.
2. Slot the NATO Rail into the NATO clamp on the top of the monitor mount.
The Universal Monitor Mount (NATO Top, 15mm Rod Base) is compatible with any camera setup, and any monitor – especially compact field monitors between 5” and 7”. It requires a compatible NATO rail in order to correctly mount monitors. We recommend using our Quick-Release NATO Rail, which offers anti-twist compatibility with all monitor standards.
