Join Us at FOMO House’s “The Future of Filmmaking” Social with Canon
London filmmakers are in for a treat this April: we’re teaming up with the triple-threat of Canon, CUBE Studio and FOMO Rentals for an evening exploring how technology is reshaping the filmmaking process.
The event is taking place at FOMO House in Shoreditch on the 3rd April. Tickets are free, but you’ll still need to register in order to pick them up:
Canon are bringing several of their cameras to show a number of potential setups off, from production to podcasting. You’ll be able to try out the Canon C400 and C80, among other cameras.
We’ll be on-hand to demo our LeftField 3 Canon C400 Advanced Kit, as well as our KASBAH Ātman Universal Shoulder Rig. If you’ve not had a chance to try out the deceptively soft KASBAH resin handgrips or our LeftField quick-release system, this is a great opportunity.
CUBE Studio, whose virtual production spaces are the go-to choice for everyone from BBC documentaries to independent features, will be demonstrating the capabilities of their versatile and mobile virtual reality screens.
To top it all off, the evening will also double as a networking event: so you can catch up with old crewmates, or find some new ones. Feel free to come ask our team some questions.
