The LeftField 3 Sony FX6 Expert Kit provides a range of essential accessories purpose-built for the FX6, allowing you to maximise the camera’s capabilities.
Each Expert kit comes with the Top Plate, Filler Piece, Top Handle Brace, Mini Axl (Sony FX6), LeftField 3 15mm LWS Baseplate & a pair of 15mm Drumstix (12″/30.4cm).

Ready for Rigging
The dedicated Top Plate lets you easily mount accessories, with options for NATO, 1/4″, 3/8″ & Sony 8T threads. There are also two Quick Detach (QD) sockets to attach camera straps & swivels for handheld or other run-and-gun shooting setups. The 15mm LWS Baseplate and Drumstix support rods open up the customisation possibilities of your camera even further; supporting accessories such as follow-focus wheels, matte boxes and wireless transmitters.

Speaking of the Baseplate, the LeftField 3 system provides ultra-compatible quick-release convenience, allowing you to easily mount your camera – and detach it just as easily. designed to fit discreetly underneath the FX6, you can shoot securely from tripods, sliders or other mounting points with ease.
Mini Axl, Maximum Versatility
Replacing the stock EVF, our Mini Axl system of EVF mount allows you full control over the positioning of your viewfinder, with a flexible positioning mechanism that won’t sag or slacken over time. Adjust the drag tension manually to provide tactile feedback, and create the most convenient setup possible.
Designed for the Sony FX6 System
Our dedicated FX6 Top Plate fits seamlessly around the FX6’s top handle, providing accessory mounting freedom without removing the versatile handgrip. The Baseplate, similarly, is designed to discreetly mount to the FX6’s base for a secure mounting point. The Mini Axl viewfinder mount keeps a low footprint whilst still providing high versatility for EVF placement. This keeps the bulk of your FX6 build to a minimum, complementing the base camera’s lightweight design.
