Our LeftField 3 Sony FX6 Advanced Kit is the perfect foundation for your Sony setup. Including the dedicated FX6 Top Plate, Axl EVF Mount and a LeftField 3 15mm LWS Baseplate, this kit gives you everything you need to start rigging your Sony FX6 for any form of video content. Our patented Open•Up quick-release makes it easy to remove your camera from any ARRI standard dovetail, so you can set it up in a variety of mounting points.

Ready for Rigging
The Top Plate lets you easily mount accessories, with options for NATO, 1/4″, 3/8″ & Sony 8T threads. There are also two Quick Detach (QD) sockets to attach camera straps & swivels for handheld or other run-and-gun shooting setups. The 15mm LWS Baseplate, meanwhile, opens up the possibilities of rigging your camera with support rods and with more accessories such as follow-focus wheels, matte boxes and wireless transmitters.
Purpose-Built for the Sony FX6
Our dedicated FX6 Top Plate fits seamlessly around the FX6’s top handle, providing accessory mounting freedom without removing the versatile handgrip. The Baseplate, similarly, is designed to discreetly mount to the FX6’s base for a secure mounting point. The Mini Axl viewfinder mount keeps a low footprint whilst still providing high versatility for EVF placement. This keeps the bulk of your FX6 build to a minimum, complementing the base camera’s lightweight design.
Axl Versatility
The Mini Axl is a versatile EVF Mount that replaces your stock monitor mount on the FX6, allowing the screen to be adjusted to any angle or locked into place. When you’re operating handheld with the Sony FX6 Touch Loupe, the Mini Axl will keep it from sagging from the weight. When it’s time to change locations, simply stow away the monitor to keep the screen protected.

Using our versatile LeftField system, the FX6 Advanced Kit adds quick-release functionality to your Sony camera, allowing you to rapidly switch setups.
