KASBAH Comfort
The KASBAH Ātman Shoulder Rig is our innovative twist on the classic shoulder rig design: using a unique resin matrix that contours to your shoulder muscles, the Ātman is the ultimate choice for comfort when shooting for long periods with the BURANO. For enhanced balance, the kit features a sliding pad to help you find the right position for your shoulder shooting.

The Advanced Documentary Kit comes with a pair of 15mm Drumstix support rods, 12″ in length, which can be configured in the 15mm LWS standard with the KASBAH frame. This provides a comfortable, customisable and capable platform for mounting additional accessories for documentary shooting. Pull your own focus with a follow-focus wheel, or mount a matte box on the front of your lens – you can customise without compromise with this kit.
Touch Loupe Convenience
Our tailor-made Touch Loupe for the Sony BURANO allows you to maintain the full functionality of the camera’s touchscreen when you need it, whilst also shading the viewfinder when you don’t. Removing restrictions from how you shoot, this makes changing setups or settings effortless.

Assembly
To install the Advanced documentary kit with your Sony BURANO, first make sure to have 3mm and 4mm hex keys, a flathead screwdriver, and a T8 driver ready.
Begin by connecting the bottom and top plates to the camera.
To attach the straight loupe adapter, begin by detaching the 90-degree adapter from the loupe using a T8 driver. Next, attach the straight adapter to the eyepiece using the existing screws.
For the shoulder rig assembly, start by attaching the shoulder pad to the rig before securing the VCT-14 mount.
Finish the setup by customising your dovetail plates with the top handle & monitor support.
