Installation

For the setup of the Axl NATO Monitor Support System, follow these steps. You will need 3mm and 4mm Hex keys to proceed.

Mounting the 15mm Rod Console & Axl NATO EVF Mount

Begin by installing the 15mm Rod Console onto B4004.1037 – Sliding Top Plate for Sony BURANO using a 4mm Hex key. Next, insert the two 15mm Drumstix rods and secure them by tightening the winged lever. For mounting the Axl NATO mount, loosen the knurled knob, slide it onto the bars, roughly position the pivoting NATO rail, and then tighten the knob.

Mounting the Monitor Bracket

Attach the monitor to the L-Bracket by securely fastening the two 1/4″ screws with a 3mm Hex key. Ensure they are tightened on the side and rear points of the monitor in an alternating pattern.

Mounting to the Axl NATO Clamp

To attach the monitor using the L-Bracket, start by loosening the drag knob. Rotate the Axl to ensure easy access to the mounting points. Align the mounting screws with the corresponding points on the L-bracket, opting for either a straight or 90-degree alignment. Use a 3mm Hex key to firmly secure the two 1/4″ screws in position. You are now ready to affix the NATO Monitor Holder onto the Axl NATO rail.
