Top Bar Bracket and 19mm Rod Mount

Description

Elevate your rig with the Top Bar Bracket and 19mm Rod Mount, which adds two front-facing 15mm rods and a perpendicular 19mm rod to the top of your setup. Mounting to compatible Top Handles, the Top Bar Bracket is a low-profile and lightweight means of adding rods to your camera.

With each rod clamp being locked and unlocked independently, it’s never been easier to refine your rig.

15mm and 19mm Rod Support

The Top Bar Bracket features front-facing 15mm rod clamps, spaced at the standard 60mm width. The dual rod brackets offer extra support for lens motors or other accessories. The 19mm rod mount, meanwhile, is at a 90-degree angle: facing out towards the left of your camera. This is perfect for mounting EVFs or lighter accessories that you need quick access to.

Ideal for Accessories

With this combination of forward and side rods on top of your camera, you have a vast range of accessory mounting options. Attach a convenient EVF Mount onto a side-mounted rod, or focus motors from the front range. Since 15mm and 19mm rods are industry-standard tools, any industry-standard accessories can be mounted from them.

Top Handle Mount

The Top Bar Bracket uses two small M4 screws to attach to the Short Create Top Handle, which in turn mounts via a NATO rail. This gives you the ability to quickly release the entire setup for adjustments or tweaks. If you need a little more space for your hand, add the Bar Bracket Spacer for a little extra clearance.

The Top Bar Bracket is made from aerospace-grade aluminium, which makes it strong enough to hold heavier accessories whilst being light enough to not add heft of its own. Resistant to corrosion and the standard wear-and-tear of set life, the Top Bar Bracket is durable and dependable.

Instructions/Assembly

Bar Bracket to Top Handle/Spacer

1. Align the Handle or Spacer’s nub with the inlet on the Top Bar Bracket, aligning the screw threads. If you are using the Spacer, align the Top Handle on the other side, ensuring the Spacer is flush against both components.
2. Insert the two M4 x 25mm screws through all components.
3. Use a 3mm Hex Key to tighten the screws, ensuring all three parts are secured.

Compatibility

he Top Bar Bracket and 19mm Rod Mount can hold two 15mm rods and one 19mm rod via the independent brackets. It is designed to mount to the Short Create Top Handle or D-Style Master Handle via two M4 screws.

It is also compatible with the Bar Bracket Spacer for added clearance, using the two longer M4 x 25mm screws that come with the Spacer.
