The Adaptor requires no tools to mount, using an ergonomic thumbscrew to tighten and loosen.

3/8” Mounting
This Titan Arm 2 Anti-Twist Adaptor provides a convenient 3/8”-16 mounting point for either end of your monitor arm – making it compatible with any corresponding screw thread. The Adaptor features a pair of locating pins to minimise twisting and help lock your components in place. You can also stow the anti-twist pins for broader use.
Clean Installation
The 3/8” mount is tightened and turned via a convenient thumbscrew design, nestled in the middle of the adaptor. This means that installing your monitor or other mount is completely tool-free. The thumbscrew does come with slots for a Hex Key should you need some extra force for tightening, but the mechanism is designed to be secure when you need it – and easily loosened when you don’t.
Interchangeable
With the Titan Arm 2, the possibilities are endless. The Adaptor can be swapped out for a 1/4″-20 or NATO option at either end, meaning that you can attach your monitor arm to any standard-issue mounting thread.

Instructions/Assembly
The Titan Arm 2 Anti-Twist Adaptor comes with all required screws and parts. You will require a 2.5mm Hex Key to install.
Adaptor to Titan Arm
1. Align the base of the Adaptor with the ball-and-socket joint of the Titan Arm. Lower it into place so that the countersunk M4 screw threads are aligned.
2. Insert the M4 screw through the Adaptor and use a 2.5mm Hex Key to secure it in place.
3/8” Thread to Adaptor
1. Align your item’s 3/8” screw thread with the thumbscrew.
2. Twist the thumbscrew into position, using a 2.5mm Hex Key to tighten if necessary.
Compatibility
The Titan Arm 2 Anti-Twist Adaptor (3/8”) is compatible with the Titan Arm 2’s ball-and-socket joints at either end. The 3/8” screw is compatible with a range of industry-standard mounting points.
The M4 screw required to secure the Anti-Twist Adaptor to the Titan Arm is 10mm in length, whilst the screw for the non-anti-twist variants is 8mm in length and the NATO Adaptor’s is 12mm in length.
