Simple yet effective, our NATO Mount for Canon C80 Top Handle repurposes the stock C80 handle with a NATO rail, allowing you to position it with greater freedom. With a striped rosette and 1/4″-20 thread on top and a NATO rail on the bottom, this minimal addition to your setup gives you new placement options for your top handle. Paired with our C80 Top Plate, you can find the optimal balance for carrying your Canon camera.

Clean Installation
The NATO Mount attaches cleanly to the base of your stock C80 Top Handle – with a striped rosette running parallel to the NATO rail for Canon compatibility. Featuring the same 1/4″-20 screw thread as can be found on the C80 body itself, you can simply install this to your Top Handle and be ready to shoot in moment.
NATO Freedom
NATO rails offer freedom of positioning on a two-dimensional plane: sliding forwards-backwards or left-to-right before being locked in place. With our NATO Mount, that freedom extends to your Top Handle. Combine the NATO Mount with our dedicated C80 Top Plate, for freedom of positioning on the left-to-right axis to find the right balance.
The NATO Mount will make a soft “click” when centred, making it easy to know when your setup is balanced.

Instructions/Assembly
The NATO Mount for Canon C80 Top Handle comes as a standalone unit with no required parts.
Top Handle to Mount
1. Align the striped rosette of the C80 Top Handle with the stripes on the NATO Mount.
2. Use the 1/4″ thumbscrew on the Top Handle to tightly secure the two components together.
Mount to NATO Rail
1. Loosen the lever clamp slightly and slide the NATO Mount onto a compatible NATO rail.
2. When in position, tighten the lever clamp.
