Our products are built to last: even after long shooting periods in the harshest conditions, our gear will keep performing at its peak.
That said, constant use means that you may eventually need to repair or replace your products. In the unlikely event that our gear lets you down, or a fault develops with use, Bright Tangerine products are protected under a few different warranty classes.
So before you go about buying an entirely new matte box or baseplate, double-check whether you’re within the warranty range for your product.

If your product develops a fault outside of the 28-day purchase period, but within the warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair free-of-charge. We’ll pay for the courier fee, too.
If you need to claim your warranty or check on any other issue, the best place to do that is through our contact form. Your submission will be forwarded to the most relevant department and resolved as quickly as possible.
